Shipping Policy

We use various courier services to fulfill our shipping requirements based on final destination. The courier of choice can range from UPS, FedEx, DHL and SF Express. 

We offer a different flat fee shipping depending on your region. Your shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

We try to ship all orders within 2-4 working days.

Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes in regard to the shipping date. 

We will do our best to keep you updated regarding your order and provide a tracking number should one be available depending on courier. 

VAT / Import Tax / Duties

Please note that our prices does not include any VAT, taxes or import duties. As a buyer you are responsible for the related VAT, taxes or import duties for product(s) final destination. It is important to be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or other duties depending on your location. These charges are dictated by the customs and import policies of your country/destination, and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
